Community Meeting

The Community Meeting, open to the entire CTS community, was held via streaming services on
October 19 (8:15 am-1:30 pm).

The methodology for the meeting used a remote means of gathering as creatively and fairly as possible. To that end, an adaptation of the circle process* was used with three circles of engagement. Input from all participants was included in the final report.

  • On-screen participation on Zoom - diverse and representative of community constituents

  • Off-screen participation on Zoom - anyone that had participated in a caucus group.

  • Private Facebook Group, “CTS The Becoming Project Community Conference” - anyone from the community.

    *Circle processes are a means for connecting that allows healing and collective intelligence to evolve.
